Standard visit rates
Choose the time your homestead needs
Visit length is based on the number of animals, required chores and the amount of time needed to complete your routine safely and thoroughly.
30-Minute Visit
Best for straightforward routines with a small number of animals and limited property duties.
60-Minute Visit
A practical option for several animals, multiple enclosures or routines that include cleaning and property tasks.
90-Minute Visit
Designed for larger homesteads, involved routines or care plans requiring extended time on the property.
Final visit length is confirmed after reviewing your care instructions. Services that cannot be completed safely within the selected time may require a longer visit or a custom quote.
Multiple visits per day
Care scheduled around their routine
Some animals need morning and evening feeding, medication at specific times or additional checks throughout the day. You may schedule more than one visit per day using any combination of the standard visit lengths.
The travel fee, when applicable, is charged once per day and not once for every visit.

Travel is charged as a flat rate once per day, not once per visit, no matter how many visits are scheduled.

Extended or Custom Care
Larger properties, extensive chores, complex medication routines or care exceeding 90 minutes may require a custom service quote.
Holiday Availability
Holiday dates and high-demand periods are subject to availability. Any holiday rate adjustment will be disclosed before booking.

Before care begins
A walkthrough and written care plan help ensure that your animals, home and property receive the correct care while you are away.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit is required to reserve service dates. The remaining balance is due at the end of the scheduled service period.
Cancellation
Please provide at least three days’ notice when possible. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unexpected circumstances.
Care Plan Approval
Duties, visit duration, access instructions, emergency contacts and pricing must be confirmed before the first scheduled visit.
Service Area
Serving Thurston, Pierce, Lewis and Mason counties. Availability and travel fees depend on the exact service location.
